Content & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content & Social Media Executive to grow Feel Fresh’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms. You will plan, film and edit engaging content while managing content interns and supporting our livestreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar
• Develop content ideas based on current trends, customer pain points and product benefits
• Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and advertisements
• Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions and video concepts
• Create content for product launches, promotions and e-commerce campaigns
• Coordinate with creators, customers and internal team members for UGC-style content
• Monitor content performance and improve future videos based on results
• Manage and guide content interns, including assigning shoots and reviewing their work
• Support TikTok Shop and marketplace livestreams, including preparation and coordination
• Keep up with social media trends and identify new creative opportunities for the brand

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
• Comfortable with filming and editing short-form videos
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends
• Creative, organised and able to work independently
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Strong writing and communication skills
• A portfolio or examples of previous content work will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
