Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Confinement / Postnatal Care
Location: 26 Dunearn Road Singapore 309423
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell confinement packages and postnatal services to expecting parents
• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Conduct centre tours and explain services with professionalism and care
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client experience

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused personality
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in English/Chinese (additional languages are a plus)
• Singaporean/Singapore PR preferred
