Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive project execution and governance.

• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, resource utilization, and budgets, providing regular status reports and dashboards to management.

• Conduct regulatory and cybersecurity fit-gap assessments, track remediation plans, and support audit and compliance requirements.

• Drive cybersecurity initiatives, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and security governance improvements.

• Support enhancements to privileged ID onboarding processes and integrations with platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Splunk.

• Collaborate with technology and security teams to strengthen network segmentation, security architecture, and overall cybersecurity controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Project or Program Management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, banking, or financial services.

• Proven experience managing cybersecurity projects with strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, risk, budgeting, and reporting skills.

• Experience conducting regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity fit-gap assessments and supporting audit and governance activities.

• Good understanding of cybersecurity domains, including IAM, PAM, SOC, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, and network security/segmentation.

• Hands-on exposure to cybersecurity platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, and experience supporting cybersecurity transformation initiatives in regulated environments.
