Role Overview
The In-House Studio Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across assigned studios. Working across two designated home studios, you will ensure all facilities are clean, well-stocked, and ready to welcome members throughout the day.
This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands that a clean studio is a key part of delivering an outstanding member experience.
Working Hours
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Rotating shifts (5 days per week, including 1 weekened)
Key Responsibilities
Studio Cleanliness (80%)
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout assigned studios at all times.
- Clean yoga and fitness studios before, during, and after classes.
- Clean reception areas, changing rooms, showers, washrooms, pantries, and communal spaces.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitise, and disinfect all studio areas according to company standards.
- Refill toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, and member amenities.
- Remove rubbish and recycling throughout the day.
- Ensure equipment, mirrors, lockers, and furniture remain clean and presentable.
- Conduct regular cleaning rounds during each shift to maintain consistently high standards.
Operational Support (20%)
- Float between two designated home studios based on operational needs.
- Provide cleaning support to other Move Repeat studios when required.
- Work closely with Studio Managers and Front Desk teams to maintain premium studio standards.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Support deep cleaning projects and periodic maintenance schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities experience is preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support different studio locations.
- Able to communicate basic English.
- Takes pride in creating clean and welcoming environments.
