About this job
- To propose manufacturing process & investments for business quotes
- To design, develop and implement processes, equipment, jigs and fixtures for manufacturing of new/redesign products
- Supporting new product development (Asset Development Plan, Product Development Process) with manufacturing expertise especially in overmold
- Transfer new/redesign/ Value Analysis/Value Engineering programs to production
- Planning project manufacturing process tasks
- To develop and establish work instructions, routing, and workmanship standards
- Install and commission new equipment
- To track & manage CAPEX spending within the allocated budget
- To meet Departmental goals on Cost, Responsiveness & Quality objectives
Requirements
- At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Production/Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum of 12 years of working experience, with 8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Process
