Job Summary
Draft, review, and manage ship trading contracts while supporting commercial negotiations and project documentation. Coordinate technical and commercial matters and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage ship trading contracts to ensure accurate execution and compliance with legal and commercial standards
- Prepare contract terms, pricing, and business documentation to support end-to-end commercial negotiations
- Manage full-cycle project documentation from initiation through completion to maintain project integrity and track progress
- Coordinate technical and commercial matters with the technical department to facilitate seamless operations
- Liaise with domestic headquarters departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage day-to-day internal and external business correspondence to maintain clear and professional communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance coordination and operational effectiveness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or above; major in Shipping, International Trade, Law, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in ship trading or a related field preferred; strong fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply
- Ability to review contracts and understand basic legal and commercial terms
- Proficient in written and spoken English; able to independently manage English business correspondence and contracts
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional integrity
- Excellent coordination and communication skills; able to maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external parties
