Job Description

DR. WHO GLOBAL WATERTECH (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the company's accounting and finance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting operations, and supporting financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, classify, compute, post, and record General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities.
• Perform credit control activities and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory movements and perform stock reconciliations.
• Prepare fixed asset registers and schedules.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of full-set accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
