Recruitment Specialist (Work From Home)

Responsibilities:

• Involved in recruitment and staffing cycles to source, identify, hire and deploy suitable talents
• Using a variety of software tools and job-portals to assist in candidate sourcing activities
• Work closely with clients to understand their HR, recruitment and staffing needs
• Perform business development and acquire new clients' accounts
• Negotiate terms and offer between client companies and successful candidates
  
  Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any studies
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in recruitment/sales field
• Candidates with more years of recruitment sales experience will be considered for a senior role
• Willing to be CEI certified
