- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for the company’s SPA, wellness and TCM-related services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customer segments in the Singapore wellness and healthcare market.
- Proactively acquire new customers through business networking, referrals, partnerships, digital marketing and other customer acquisition channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners, community organisations and referral partners.
- Identify potential strategic partners and establish business collaborations to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
- Develop and manage customer acquisition, membership and promotional programmes to increase sales and customer retention.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Develop new service packages and promotional campaigns based on market demand and customer needs.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, social media and offline marketing campaigns.
- Analyse sales performance, customer acquisition results and marketing effectiveness, and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve customer experience and develop new wellness and TCM services.
- Support the company’s business expansion and new outlet development plans in Singapore and regional markets.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and business development activities, including external agencies and service providers.
