Job Summary

You will transport and supervise workers, maintain vehicle safety, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and assist with materials handling to support landscaping operations efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Transport workers safely between sites and dormitories following Singapore traffic rules
• Supervise workers and provide daily updates with messages and photos via WhatsApp to ensure clear communication
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to confirm serviceable condition and safe operation
• Lead daily toolbox meetings to brief workers on tasks and safety procedures
• Drive responsibly, adhering strictly to all traffic regulations at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading materials to support site operations
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc tasks as required to maintain workflow
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team to achieve operational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
• Demonstrate physical fitness to lift heavy items safely
• Use WhatsApp proficiently to send messages and photos for work updates
• Supervise a small team effectively to ensure task completion and safety
