About the Role

We are now seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer that is proficient with the latest AI tools to drive the design and development of the web applications for our current projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop the front-end architecture of web applications, ensuring a smooth user experience and highly responsive interfaces;
2. Build high-performance, scalable server-side applications using Node.js, and design RESTful APIs and microservices architectures;
3. Utilize Python for data analysis, script development, and the creation of automation tools;
4. Leverage AI-assisted programming tools to enhance code quality and development efficiency;
5. Participate in technology selection and architecture reviews, driving continuous improvement in the team’s technical capabilities;
6. Collaborate effectively with product, design, and testing teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

1. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects from inception to production;
2. Front-End Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; hands-on experience with at least one mainstream framework such as React, Vue, or Angular; familiarity with front-end engineering practices and performance optimization;
3. Back-End Skills: Deep expertise in Node.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Express, Nest.js, Koa), with experience in developing high-concurrency and distributed systems;
4. Python Skills: Proficient in Python for back-end development, data processing, or automation scripting;
5. Databases: Solid experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, including database design and optimization capabilities;
6. DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience using cloud service platforms;
7. AI Tools: Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools, with strong prompt engineering capabilities.
8. Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language in both verbal and written media is essential to communicate with key stakeholders and cross-functional project team members based in China.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Contributions to open-source projects or demonstrated influence through technical blogs or developer communities;
2. Familiarity with AI/LLM application development, with practical project experience.
