Assistant Manager, Business Applications

Objectives:

• Support the delivery,enhancement and operation of enterprise applications and digital platforms bypartnering with business stakeholders, managing vendors, and driving projectsand system improvements.

• Act as a bridge betweenbusiness and technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered with quality,meet business needs, and contribute to operational efficiency and businessoutcomes.

Job Duties:

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships with business users and stakeholders.

• Gather, document and validate business requirements.

• Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, timelines, cost and risks.

• Translate technical issues into business impacts and mitigation plans.

• Support change management and user adoption activities.

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead and coordinate application projects, enhancements and upgrades.

• Maintain project plans, action logs, risks and status reports.

• Coordinate business users, IT teams and vendors.

• Ensure delivery is on time, within scope and with quality.

Application Portfolio Management

• Support enterprise applications including ERP, Property Management, Billing, Carpark, HR and Digital Platforms.

• Coordinate incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work with vendors to improve service quality and user satisfaction.

Governance, Risk & Quality Assurance

• Support compliance with IT governance, security and regulatory requirements.

• Manage testing, UAT, release and deployment activities.

• Identify and escalate risks proactively.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and process improvement.

• Recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

Others

• Perform related duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

Education

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related disciplines.

Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications, business analysis, project delivery, application support, or technology consulting.

• Prior experience in managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on experience in delivery of enterprise application projects, enhancements, upgrades or digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience supporting enterprise applications preferred.

• Experience in property, real estate, asset management, retail, facilities management, consulting, or large enterprise environments is an advantage.

• Exposure to ERP, Property Management, Billing, Digital Platforms, Workflow Automation, Data & Analytics, or AI-related initiatives is an advantage.
