Electrical Engineer (Construction / Process Construction and Maintenance Services)

Job Description
We are a growing Electrical construction company looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our project team. This role offers hands-on experience in building services design, project coordination, and site execution, with opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and execution of electrical building services works
Perform basic calculations such as cable sizing and voltage drop
Support project planning, scheduling, and manpower coordination
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients
Assist in testing, commissioning, and power turn-on activities
Prepare material take-offs and support tender/estimation work
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Project Manager

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
0–5 years of experience in construction or building services (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of electrical systems (training will be provided)
Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible

Preferred (but not mandatory)
Knowledge of local codes (e.g., SS 568, SS 560)
Experience in cable sizing, earthing, and lightning protection
Experience in cost estimation or tender preparation

Location
Tuas / Jurong Island / Bukom / Tampines

Salary Range
SGD 4,000 – 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
