Clinic assistant/receptionist

Main duties:

1. Front Desk & Administrative Operations (Psychiatry): Perform all front counter operations for patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, payment processing, medication dispensing, inventory tracking, and handling patient enquiries by phone, emails and whatsapp promptly and professionally. Perform opening/closing duties and other administrative tasks as needed.

1. Perform basic clinical duties such as measuring vital signs and weight.

1. Clinic Readiness & Hygiene: Maintain professional standards of cleanliness & hygiene in the clinic.

Requirements & Preferred Competencies

1. Languages & Schedule: Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Mandarin/dialects will be an advantage to communicate effectively with varied patient profiles. Willingness to work retail hours and half Saturdays.

2. No formal education required.

3. Computer literacy - able to use clinic management software (Plato CMS), email and Microsoft Office (basic), Phone whatsapp & other apps as needed.

4. Pleasant, warm, discreet, respectful towards patients & caregivers.

5. Able to work independently. Prior clinic experience is a bonus, but not required. New staff will be trained on the job.

6. Singaporeans or PR only.

1. Stable daytime working hours M-F: 8.30 – 5.30pm S: 8.30-1pm
