Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals by setting up the station for efficient workflow following recipe book standards and portion sizes
• Store perishables properly and maintain inventory of station items to ensure availability and freshness
• Prepare and plate menu items ensuring visual accuracy and presentation quality
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the station area throughout the shift

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage experience preferred
• Passion to learn and deliver consistent quality on every plate
• Self-motivated team player who enjoys working with premium products
• Positions available for Hot & Cold Kitchen
