Job Summary

Support the Electrical Safety Systems business across Southeast Asia by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and delivering sales support to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to ensure high-quality service
• Prepare and follow up on quotations adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system for effective account management
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with customers by delivering responsive support
• Assist the sales team in identifying sales opportunities and supporting customer accounts to drive revenue growth
• Perform additional sales support duties as assigned to meet business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service, preferably in electrical or industrial engineering industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, experience in CRM will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with regional customers and headquarters in Germany
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) products will be an advantage
• Immediate or short-notice availability are preferred
