Tax Associate (Transfer Pricing) - GRIT

Job Responsibilities

The associate will be responsible for supporting the Transfer Pricing team in various capacities, including:

• Transfer pricing documentation and value chain mapping: Take an active role in the preparation of key compliance documents (e.g., Local Files and Master Files). This includes conducting in-depth research and analysis to ascertain the client's business model global value chain, and industry context to prepare documentation in alignment with Singapore and OECD transfer pricing requirements.

• Functional analysis and economic analysis: Participate in client and internal meetings to gather critical information, support in the  drafting and refinement of the functional analysis and economic analysis.

• Benchmarking and data analytics: Learn to leverage professional databases to conduct benchmarking studies which includes performing data filtering and analytics to ascertain arm's length pricing for various transaction types. 

• Advisory, defence and other transfer pricing related matters: Supporting the Team Managers and Directors in the provision of these services.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA, CPA or relevant qualification.

• Possess strong communication skills (oral and written) to serve clients.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Fluency in a second language will be an added advantage.

• Should be a team player, self-motivated and dedicated.
