Marine/ Mechanical Service Technician

Job overview

We are looking for a reliable, self-assured marine service technician to perform maintenance, repairs and service on a variety vessel for our clients.

As a part of the job role, you should be able to work on both, land and sea.

You will be required to be physically and mentally strong. Also, you should be able to work for long hours, strong self-discipline and should be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities:

－ Carry out various repair and maintenance tasks as instructed by the team leader and engineers who you are assign to work at the job sites.

－Maintain and organize all the tools and equipment that used for the project or going to use for a next project to be clean and good working order at the workshop.

－ Fill out accurate service records and repair documents as instructed by the team leader / engineers.

Requirements:

－Ability to work for long hours and at both, land & Sea (Vessels).

－Ability to carry heavy loads and to stand, sit, and stoop for prolonged periods.

－Good physical dexterity and mental stamina.

－Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.－ Detailed – oriented and highly motivated individual.

－ Good communication skills.

－ Practical experience with tools/equipment used in Marine maintenance preferred.

－ Willing to travel overseas assignments.
