Job Summary

Drive business growth by managing and expanding sales pipelines, engaging clients through strategic communication, and resolving customer inquiries to deliver exceptional service and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate detailed information about company services, sales promotions, and discounts to businesses and organizations to generate qualified sales opportunities
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
• Manage and expand an individual sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue
• Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to convert prospects into clients and close sales effectively
• Conduct cold calls and hold face-to-face meetings with clients to build strong relationships and negotiate sales agreements
• Execute additional tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives and contribute to team success

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma qualification within 2 years
• Relevant sales experience
• Proficiency in outdoor sales activities
• Solid expertise in B2B sales
• Confidence in making outbound calls
• Availability to start immediately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Preferably Sales experienced the telecommunications industry
