About this job
Job Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and servicing works.
- Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications and safety requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
Job Requirements
- ITE / Diploma / Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related discipline.
- Experience in HVAC systems, air-conditioning, or M&E projects preferred.
- Knowledge of ACMV systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Able to work independently and on-site environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
