About this job
The AfA Project Manager will play a key role in engaging companies from targeted sectors to participate in pilot initiatives and collaborate with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to select service providers for relevant activities. These include landscape studies, pilot development, post-pilot evaluations, and ensuring alignment with employer needs. The Project Manager will work closely with vendors on marketing and outreach efforts, develop strategic engagement materials (e.g., presentations, marketing collateral) , and facilitate follow-up insights from AfA sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage companies from selected sectors to participate in AfA pilot initiatives.
- Collaborate with MOM and appointed service providers for AfA-related activities, including landscape studies, prototype development, pilot implementation, and post-pilot effectiveness evaluations. Coordinate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate pilot projects.
- Guide service providers in designing pilots and grants tailored to meet employers' needs.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies, including marketing materials, presentations, and outreach activities, to drive participation in pilot programs and promote post-pilot adoption of AfA recommendations
- Analyse and summarise key insights from engagement sessions, ensuring timely follow-up with enterprises and coordination with vendors.
- Manage funding applications, budget tracking, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to employers, offering guidance and monitoring to ensure successful pilot program implementation.
- Track the progress and outcomes of completed pilot projects, delivering regular updates to MOM (e.g., monthly/quarterly reports).
- Monitor available funding for new pilot applications, ensuring alignment with the overall program budget and compliance with government funding regulations.
- Track and report on overall AfA budget utilisation and financial management.
- Analyse key findings to contribute to the design of a new Grant programme post-AfA.
- Identify and profile success stories, providing support for case studies, media profiling, and public announcements to highlight the impact of AfA initiatives and drive adoption.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant grant work experience, with at least some exposure to project management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
