Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable applications and solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
  
• Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into practical and efficient technical solutions.
  
• Take ownership of technical design, development, integration, and testing activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Incorporate industry best practices, standardized methodologies, and established design patterns throughout the development lifecycle.
  
• Partner with business users, developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver new functionalities and address technical issues promptly.
  
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and recommend optimized solutions.
  
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and configuration records.
  
• Support technology assessments and contribute to application roadmaps, strategic planning, and future system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five years of experience in software development, application support, or a combination of both.

• Hands-on experience supporting SaaS-based applications and coordinating with external vendors or service providers.

• Strong technical knowledge of Java and related technologies, including Spring, preferably with Kubernetes, Docker, Openshift WebFlux, GraphQL, OData, RESTful services)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking, with proven experience in requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

• A highly motivated and independent individual who demonstrates strong ownership and can effectively manage deadlines.
