Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration, admissions and discharge procedures
• Handle patient enquiries and provide general assistance
• Manage appointments, payments and administrative documentation
• Verify and update patient information accurately
• Support smooth patient flow and coordinate with relevant departments
• Assist with general administrative and operational duties within the department
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients and their families

Job Details

• 3 rotating shifts
• 6 days per week
• Multiple vacancies available

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, service-oriented and able to work well in a team
