*Urgent* Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant Training Provided (Hospital/Clinic, Shift/Office Hours) #HJZ

Responsibilities:

• Register incoming patients
• Prepare the patient for examination
• Respond to patient phone call queries
• Inform patient of financial responsibility
• Prepare and file patient forms
• Verifying and updating patient information
• Assisting doctors and nurses if needed
• Scheduling appointments for patients

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• No related experience needed, full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to commit long term
