Senior/ Radiographer

We are seeking a Senior/ Radiographer to join our client’s dynamic team.

Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities

§ Independently perform radiological examinations and produce images of diagnostic quality for radiological reports with due regard to patient safety, clinical responsibility, radiation protection and effective use of technology

§ Ensure the correct patient and area of interest is being imaged accordingly

§ Ensure examination performed are of diagnostic value with correct patient identification before discharging the patient

§ Provide care for patients undergoing examinations according to the conditions and nature of their illness and clinical diagnosis

§ Select and execute proper radiographic techniques for individual patients accordingly to their clinical needs within established professional and departmental guidelines

§ Responsible for ensuring readiness,proper functioning and maintenance of the radiological equipment and accessories within designated work area and also the cleanliness and tidiness of the procedure / examination room daily

§ Perform in accordance to standards described in SOP and work instructions and comply with the relevant rules and regulations.

§ Collate data to be presented in the monthly reports

§ Support hospital staff in providing comprehensive patient service

§ Other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

§ Ability to carry out CT Scan / MRI isa must

§ Min Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography or relevant

§ Candidate with experience of Mammography/Ultrasound will be an advantage

§ Must be registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA) as a radiation worker

§ Must be registered with Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)

§ More than 2 year of experience is preferred

§ Those with more experiences will be considered for senior position

§ This role requires working 5.5 days per week.
