Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to join our team. This role provides daily administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our business. The position focuses on maintaining efficient and well-organized administrative processes inline with company standards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow
• Provide support for HR functions, including employee records and HR documentation
• Liaise with government agencies on employment and regulatory matters
• Maintain and monitor marine compliance records
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and company documentation
• Coordinate with internal department, authorities and external stakeholders to support smooth and efficient marine operations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Human Resources or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of administrative or related work experience
• Knowledge of MPA regulations and other relevant maritime regulations is preferred
• Experience in the shipping or maritime industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with MOM regulations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English &Chinese) able to communicate effectively with our clients
