6 Months Finance Assistant Manager | FMCG | Up to $6000 #NKA

Location: Bugis

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $6000

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of accounting activities in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and SOPs.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet schedules, account and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with business units and Operations to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and expenses.
• Support payments, collections and intercompany transactions, including reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing, audits, internal controls and other ad hoc finance activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities including data validation, UAT, defect resolution, cutover and go-live.
• Work closely with Finance, IT and project teams to resolve system and process issues.

Job Requirements:

• Accounting/Finance qualification (ACCA, Diploma, Degree or equivalent).
• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory, preferably within Finance processes and implementation projects.
• Experience in month-end closing, reconciliations and core finance operations.
• Experience with SAP implementation activities such as UAT, master data migration and cutover.
