F&B Service Crew

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare basic drinks and food items when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counters, and workstations.
• Replenish food, drinks, and other items when needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOP requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirement
Singaporean / PR / LTVP holders preferred

No experience required; training will be provided

Good customer service and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsible, hardworking and punctual

Basic English communication skills

Food Hygiene Certificate is required
