About this job
- Load and unload cargo from trucks, containers, and warehouses.
- Sort, inspect, and arrange cargo according to delivery schedules.
- Ensure cargo is properly packed, labelled, and secured to prevent damage.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (with valid licence).
- Verify cargo quantities against delivery orders, packing lists, or shipping documents.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect cargo immediately to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cargo handling areas.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock movements when required
