Service Crew (KTV)| Up to $3,000 | Night Shift Allowance Up to $400 | Multiple Shifts

Salary: $2,100 – $3,000 per month
Working Hours: 44 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to guests.
• Handle phone reservations, customer enquiries, greetings and ushering of guests to rooms.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Operate POS systems and process customer transactions accurately.
• Perform basic checks and troubleshooting of microphone and karaoke systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment in accordance with workplace standards.
• Adhere to service procedures, hygiene requirements and professional grooming standards.
• Handle and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with company procedures.
• Support other outlet operations and duties as required.

Working Hours & Shifts

• Day Shift: 10am – 8pm / 11am – 9pm / 12pm – 10pm
• Mid Shift: 12pm – 9pm
• Night Shift: 4.30pm – 1.30am / 6.30pm – 3.30am

Shiftschedules may vary depending on outlet operational requirements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, customer service or related environments will be an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional service attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages as part of the job duties.
