Job Description

• Develop and execute the company's strategic direction, business plans, and long-term growth objectives in alignment with the Board of Directors.

• Lead overall business performance, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, financial sustainability, and operational excellence.

• Oversee business operations across all locations, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and cost management.

• Drive business expansion within Malaysia and internationally by identifying new markets, locations, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.

• Develop new revenue streams and initiatives to strengthen the company's competitive position and long-term growth.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and effective allocation of company resources.

• Lead, develop, and motivate the senior management team while fostering a high-performance and collaborative organizational culture.

• Ensure strong customer experience, brand consistency, product/service quality, and operational standards across all locations.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with the Board, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, food safety requirements, quality standards, and corporate governance policies.

• Identify and manage key business, operational, financial, and reputational risks.

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.

• Represent the company professionally in key business, industry, and stakeholder engagements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, International Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline.

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant management and leadership experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, retail, consumer, or related industries.

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or executive management role.

• Proven track record in managing and scaling multi-location operations.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, business expansion, and operational improvement.

• Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, financial planning, and strategic business management.

• Experience in domestic and/or international market expansion is an advantage.

• Experience leading senior management teams and managing key stakeholders.
