Manager, IT

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join the team. This role manages the pipeline of client deployment and support projects(networking, servers, infrastructure, software), ensures a small team of engineers delivers on scope, time, and SLA, and maintains the company's own internal IT environment and vendor certifications.

Customer and Project Management

• Own client SI project lifecycle: scoping, timeline, budget, delivery sign-off
• Work with pre-sales to support the company's IT business growth — advising on technical feasibility, solution scoping, and effort estimation for new opportunities
• Act as escalation contact when issues exceed engineer-level resolution
• Review Service Reports and project documentation before client delivery
• Manage 24/7 standby/on-call roster across the engineering team

Vendor and Partner Management

• Maintain relationships with vendors/OEMs (Dell, HPE/Aruba, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, etc.)
• Manage procurement, licensing, and reseller agreements
• Track partner tier requirements and certification renewals

Team Leadership

• Assign engineers across concurrent projects and support tickets
• Mentor team and identify certification/training needs
• Conduct performance reviews and manage workload/utilization
• Build bench depth for standby and delivery coverage

Internal IT and Network Management

• Own the company's internal network, servers, and systems
• Set internal IT policy: security, backup/DR, access control, acceptable use
• Ensure internal infrastructure reflects the standards sold to clients

Delivery and Quality Assurance

• Track KPIs: on-time delivery, ticket resolution, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction
• Review proposed technical solutions for cost, risk, and scalability fit
• Drive process improvement on recurring delivery bottlenecks
