• Salary: up to $5,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Support the design and development of automation solutions using PLC, Robot, Motion Control and Vision technologies.
• Assist in the selection and preparation of electrical components and purchase lists for automation control systems.
• Participate in automation projects involving machine improvement, cycle time reduction and productivity enhancement.
• Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure stable machine operations.
• Support the programming and integration of Vision Systems, Robots, AGVs and Servo Systems.
• Collect machine execution timing data, prepare timing charts and assist in cycle time analysis.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments, HQ and overseas subsidiaries to resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers, including those based in China, on technical matters.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and project-related records.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Motion Control, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in motion control, automation or machine control systems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, servo systems, robots and motion control technologies.
• Candidates with experience in Semiconductor, Display or Secondary Battery industries will have an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in machine builders or manufacturing environments are preferred.
• Able to analyse technical issues and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
