Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic, results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to power our customer acquisition and sales momentum in financial services. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — engaging them, guiding them confidently through the loan process, and playing a direct role in growing our business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage new and existing customers through outbound calls, promoting loan and balance transfer products
• Guide clients through submitting income documents and calculate their eligible loan amounts based on annual income
• Respond promptly to pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience
• Partner with the team manager to design and execute effective sales and service strategies
• Build and nurture strong client relationships that drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Take on additional duties as needed to support broader team goals

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, customer-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Education requirement, e.g. O-level and above
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage, to communicate with a broader client base
