Manager, Retail Design & Fit-Out

Job Overview:

• Support the management of retail and F&B tenancy design across assigned properties.
• Work closely with tenants, designers, contractors and internal teams to ensure design submissions and fit-out works meet mall guidelines and design standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review tenant design submissions and provide design comments.
• Conduct design briefings and coordinate approvals.
• Monitor fit-out works and conduct site inspections.
• Support A&A / AEI and unit reconfiguration works.
• Prepare preliminary layouts and update tenancy design guidelines.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Operations, consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tenancy design, retail design or commercial fit-out.
• Mall, landlord or property management experience preferred.
• Familiar with retail and F&B renovation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
