Construction Manager

Job Description:

• Manage a construction project team and oversees the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise and coordinate closely with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on the project’s activities.
• Review and prepare method statements for submission to the client
• Manage manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities in resolving site issues.
• Monitor ongoing site activities and ensure work runs smoothly

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LTA/MRT projects
• At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
