Data Entry Clerk

Roles & Responsibilities

· Enter and maintain procurement data accurately in the system.

· Prepare and update purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.

· Maintain proper filing of procurement records and documents.

· Update supplier information and purchasing records.

· Assist with data checking and reconciliation of procurement documents.

· Provide general administrative support to the Procurement Department.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma.

· At least 1 year of proven experience as a Admin.

· Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people.

· Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

· Able to commence work within short notice.
