Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to support project budgeting and decision-making
• Obtain quotations and negotiate terms with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure favorable contracts
• Measure quantities and perform take-offs accurately to ensure precise project costing
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements, and sub-contractor payments to maintain financial control
• Perform all other quantity surveying tasks necessary to support project delivery and contract administration

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its relevant.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in main contractor companies
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, administer contracts, and manage variation orders
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive team player capable of meeting tight deadline。

• 5-day work week in an A1 company
