Regional HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the regional and corporate business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs across regional offices.
• Partner with senior management to support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations in all operating countries.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee retention, and productivity.
• Provide strategic guidance on HR policies, structures, and systems to regional and country-level HR teams.
• Oversee regional reporting, budgeting, and HR analytics to support management decision-making.
• Lead HR transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Advise on cross-border employment matters, including mobility, expatriate management, and regional HR governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce trends across Asia.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
