Production Operator [Food Manufacturing] - Day / Perm Night | Gross up to $2k [0580]

• Location: West Area (Quality Road)
• Nearest MRT: Boon Lay MRT
• Salary: $1,090 + $90 Tpt Allowance + OT
• Gross Salary: $1,500 - $2,000
• Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours:

• Afternoon Shift: 7AM – 4PM / 7.30 AM – 4.30 PM
• Night Shift: 7PM – 7AM / 7.30 PM – 7.30 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily biscuit production operations, including forming, baking, packing, and finished goods handling.
• Support biscuit forming and baking processes, including monitoring product quality, oven parameters, and production records.
• Perform packing operations, including product sorting, packaging material replacement, stickering, and packing of WIP and finished goods.
• Operate production and packing machines, including basic machine adjustments and date code checks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure biscuits meet production standards (colour, shape, moisture, and packaging requirements).
• Record daily production and process checking records accurately.
• Load and replenish biscuits and packaging materials to support smooth production flow.
• Transfer finished goods to designated areas/loading bay.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, hygiene standards, and 5S housekeeping.
• Support other production sections and ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements

• Able to support overtime work and shift arrangements, including weekends and Public Holidays, depending on production requirements.
• Able to work night shift when required.
• Able to perform physical work and handle lifting requirements.
