Senior Full Stack Engineer (OutSystems)

Join a Singapore government agency's digital transformation team, building and modernizing critical public-facing and internal applications on a low-code platform. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and hands-on delivery, working within an agile scrum environment to ship secure, resilient systems that meet strict platform governance standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance
• Design, build, and deploy applications using OutSystems
• Translate business requirements into automated workflows, forms, and process logic in partnership with cross-functional Scrum teams and stakeholders
• Own day-to-day technical decisions on architecture, code quality, resilience, security, and platform implementation
• Deliver features through the full sprint cycle, from planning to release
• Manage deployment lifecycle and performance optimisation
• Act as the technical escalation point for integration, performance, security, and platform limitation risks
• Maintain technical documentation and support materials for developed applications

Core Key Skills

• 7+ years of OutSystems development and architecture experience
• OutSystems Expert Developer certification or higher
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers through end-to-end digital product delivery
• Strong background in agile-scrum methodology, DevOps practices, and full project lifecycle delivery
• Experience building digital products for government or public sector clients
• Experience integrating legacy systems into modern platforms

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the broader GovTech technology stack
• Working knowledge of government ICT policies and standards
• Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services
