Central Kitchen Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across kitchen and production sections to meet daily production targets.

• Prepare and process food items at designated workstations according to recipe standards and operational guidelines.

• Strictly adhere to quality control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), such as precisely measuring and weighing food items using designated weighing scales.

• Monitor ingredient portions and specs to maintain product consistency.

• Maintain clean, sanitary, and hygienic conditions across all food preparation areas.

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize kitchen appliances, work surfaces, equipment, and floors following sanitation schedules.

• Assist in loading and unloading goods, raw ingredients, and finished products for deliveries.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of delivered inventory.

• Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by Management.
