Job Summary

Manage and oversee landscaping projects by conducting site reviews, handling contractual and procurement processes, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality service delivery to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and reviews to prepare accurate quotations for landscaping projects
• Manage contractual matters, tendering, procurement procedures, project budgeting, administration, and cost analysis to ensure project compliance and financial control
• Review proposals and quotations for accuracy and completeness before submission to customers
• Assist in presenting proposals and quotations to potential customers to support business development
• Resolve and monitor ongoing project issues by addressing complaints and feedback promptly to maintain client satisfaction
• Maintain service standards and quality throughout project execution to meet company and client expectations
• Coordinate deployment of workers to ensure efficient resource allocation and project progress
• Track and evaluate team performance and punctuality to uphold productivity and discipline
• Brief team members on their roles and work practices, including logistics preparation and ordering procedures, to ensure smooth operations

Required competencies and certifications

• WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in horticultural and landscape project management or maintenance in Singapore
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Forestry, or Landscaping
• Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) certification
• Demonstrated skills in time management, prioritization, and multitasking to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with workers at all levels
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening, to facilitate clear information exchange
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related challenges
• Ability to perform well under high-pressure conditions
