Demi Chef

Join the team at The Duxton Reserve Singapore as a Demi Chef, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. In this position, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency, and ensuring that every plate reflects the standards of the hotel.

You’ll work closely with senior chefs, contribute to menu execution, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. If you’re passionate about cooking, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Profile:

• Able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Possess good knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality would be an advantage.
