Job Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting guests, making reservations, and managing guest seating to create a positive first impression.Serving customers, taking orders, handling cashier duties, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Assisting guests and responding to basic service requests.Maintaining communication with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth food preparation and dining experience.

Paying attention to details: restaurant cleanliness, personal appearance, service scripts, and customer satisfaction.💪 RequirementsPreferred experience in front-of-house/senior service.

Mandarin Chinese required (necessary for communication with customers/team); English proficiency is a plus.Strong service awareness, emotional stability, good execution skills, and able to lead a team to resolve issues during peak hours.Attention to detail, neat appearance, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team spirit.
