Life Science Marketing Assistant (Part-time)

Employment: Part-time, 3-month traineeship, with the option to extend or convert

Location: Singapore, hybrid

Salary: SGD 1,800/month + CPF

Schedule: 2 days per week

About Biond Marketing

Biond Marketing works only with life science and biotech companies, from laboratory instruments and molecular diagnostics to genomics, CROs and CDMOs. This traineeship is for someone who wants to learn marketing and sales while staying close to science.

What you'll work on

• Client marketing: Website copy, product and application pages, LinkedIn and email content, campaigns and market research
• Biond's own marketing: LinkedIn, SEO articles, WordPress, case studies and other content
• Lead generation: Finding and researching prospects, outbound email, CRM upkeep and meeting preparation

What we're looking for

• A relevant degree: Life sciences, biomedical sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry or a related field. Marketing or communications graduates with a good understanding of science are also welcome.
• You understand science: You're comfortable reading technical material and turning it into clear, accurate content.
• You can write: Strong written English and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You take initiative: You're comfortable working independently, figuring things out and taking ownership of your work.
• You're eager to learn: You're curious, open to new challenges and excited to learn about different sides of marketing in the life sciences.
• You can work in Singapore: Legally able to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship.
