Senior/ Engineer – Test Product Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Resolve test setup issues and work with Planners on setup plans
• Make engineering decisions and recommend creative solutions to ensure assigned device test performance meets expectations
• Support test operations and sustaining activities to ensure smooth production and on-time shipment delivery
• Provide value-added engineering by reviewing and analyzing yield, equipment utilization, and quality performance
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations for customers to initiate improvement programs
• Collaborate with customers on test program and test hardware correlation and tester release activities
• Coordinate with Planning for tester time, lot scheduling, and hardware/program availability
• Work with Customer Service on product code and test flow preparation, lot parameter entry, and database updates
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality requirements and preventive actions are implemented effectively
• Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional activities related to semiconductor test operations

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in semiconductor test, product engineering, or test operations
• Knowledge of ATE test methodology, semiconductor test processes, ATE equipment, and test programming
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
