Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement architectural strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term objectives for architectural projects.
Lead and oversee multiple architectural projects from concept to completion. Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Prepare proposals and participate in client presentations. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

Operational Efficiency

Monitor resource allocation and optimize workflows within the architecture team. Implement best practices for project delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• BOA Singapore recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure (e.g., RA, RIBA, or equivalent) is often required.

• 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and teams.

• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools). Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
