1 Year HR Admin | Banking | Central | Up to $6000 #NKA

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $6000

Job Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including interview coordination, employment documentation, background checks and new hire setup.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and recruitment tracking systems, ensuring accurate documentation for audit and compliance.
• Assist with employee benefits, payroll documentation, work/dependent pass applications and renewals.
• Coordinate employee relocations, mobility arrangements, short-term assignments and offboarding activities.
• Support general HR administration, including meeting coordination, HR calendars, correspondence, org chart updates, announcements and MOM/MAS surveys.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement activities and events, including logistics and catering.
• Support HR team travel arrangements and expense claims.
• Liaise with internal teams, recruitment agencies, service providers and external vendors.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
