Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven SupplyChain Specialist to support supplier management, sourcing, NPI and supplychain improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturingenvironment. Candidates with experience across Procurement, CommodityManagement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development, Planning, NPI, ProgramManagement or Factory Engineering are preferred. Strong expertise in at leasttwo of these areas is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Supplier Management

· Align supplier selection with globalsupply strategy and approved supplier list.

· Manage key suppliers and outsourcepartners across performance, cost, capacity, transfers and launches.

· Establish and manage sourcingcontracts and supply agreements covering capacity, cost, service levels andcommercial requirements.

· Drive supplier performance throughscorecards, KPIs and improvement actions.

· Ensure supplier capacity andforecasts support business requirements, including end-of-life planning.

· Manage DDMRP, Kanban and safety stockprograms, including ERP setup, replenishment parameters, forecasts and supplierperformance.

· Resolve supply and delivery issueswhile mitigating commercial and supply risks.

Supply Chain Project Management

· Lead supply chain improvement andoptimization projects across the organization.

· Drive resolution of complex supplychain issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.

· Support NPI and product transfers bycoordinating sourcing, material requirements, PO tracking and supply readiness.

· Coordinate ECO impact assessment andimplementation across the supply chain.

· Develop mitigation plans forcapacity, material, lead-time and supply risks, including safety stock, VMI andKanban.

· Drive supplier cost reduction andvalue-chain optimization initiatives.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.

· 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement,commodity management, strategic sourcing, NPI or a related function.

· Experience in a contractmanufacturing or high-mix semiconductor manufacturing environment or relevance.

· Strong knowledge of suppliermanagement, sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation and supply planning.

· Proven experience driving continuousimprovement, cost reduction and supply chain solutions.

· Strong analytical, problem-solvingand communication skills.

· Proactive, hands-on andresults-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced anddynamic environment.

· Ability to influence and communicateeffectively with suppliers, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

· Experience with ERP/PLM systems; SAPand Teamcenter preferred.

· Proficiency in Power BI and MicrosoftOffice preferred.
